From kickoff to launch in four weeks
What a fixed-scope project with us looks like week by week, and why speed doesn't have to cost quality.

Most of our projects launch in two to four weeks. That pace isn't magic, it's a process we repeat on every project. Here is how a typical four-week build is structured.
Week 1: strategy and direction
We start with the business goal, not the layout. A short workshop gives us the audience, the key actions and what success looks like. By the end of the week there is a sitemap and a visual direction you can react to.
Weeks 2–3: design and build in parallel
Design and development overlap. As soon as a section is approved, it gets built, so feedback lands on a real page in the browser instead of a static mockup.

Week 4: polish and launch
- Performance pass on real devices, including low-end phones.
- SEO basics: metadata, sitemap, structured URLs.
- CMS handover, so your team can edit content on day one.
